While we apply best practices and proven methods, Oakspire Digital does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or lead generation outcomes.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of the engagement, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Grant necessary access to websites, analytics, and relevant platforms

• Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in communication or approvals may affect timelines and results.

5. Payment Terms

• All services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment is due in advance of each billing cycle. Work may be paused if payment is not received on time.

• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Minimum Commitment

SEO requires time to deliver meaningful results. A minimum engagement period of three months is recommended.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel services with written notice.
